QR parking stickers for housing societies
Free QR parking stickers for housing society residents. Guards and neighbours can alert a car or bike owner without a phone list or sharing numbers.
The parking problem in societies
In most housing societies, someone is always blocked in, a car has its lights on, or a visitor parks in the wrong slot. Guards keep phone lists, which go out of date and share residents' numbers with many people. QR parking stickers give every resident a private way to be reached.
How a society can use it
Each resident signs up free and adds their cars and bikes. They download and print their own stickers, or the society prints them together. When a guard or neighbour needs someone, they scan the sticker and send an alert with a reason. The owner gets it on their phone and by email at once. No numbers are written down and nobody needs an app.
Privacy for residents
The person scanning sees only the vehicle's number plate. Names, flat numbers, phone numbers and emails are never shown. The scanner's own details are not stored either. Each vehicle gets up to 3 alerts at a time, then a 30-minute pause, so nobody can spam a resident.

Does the society have to pay?
No. Stickers and phone alerts are free for every resident. Paid plans are optional and personal.
Can the guard call the resident?
If the resident has the Max plan, anyone who scans can call them through the browser for up to 2 minutes, with numbers hidden on both sides.
What about visitors' cars?
Visitors can get their own free sticker. Otherwise the guard can still use the usual intercom.
