Owner: email, vehicle number, vehicle photo, and anything you choose to add (family emails, blood group, parking spot). Alerts: the reason, the time and any photo the scanner attached (photos are re-saved without location data). Stolen mode: the rough area (city) of each scan, worked out from the internet address, and the exact spot only if the scanner taps to share it.

We never ask who is scanning and never show the owner anything about them: no name, no phone number, no email, no internet address. Our anti-spam counters keep only a one-way code, never the address itself, and wipe it within a day. A photo the scanner chooses to attach is a live camera photo of the vehicle, re-saved without location data, shown only to the vehicle owner, and deleted automatically after 30 days.

Your vehicle number and vehicle photo, so they can check it's the right car. Never your name, email or phone. Your blood group only if you switch that on. Browser calls go between browsers, so neither side sees a phone number.

Alerts are limited per QR to stop spam. Don't use the service to harass anyone. A QR reported as "not this vehicle" by several people is paused automatically. Stolen mode needs an FIR number and turns off after 30 days; always involve the police and never confront anyone yourself.

Premium is ₹49 for 90 days, paid through Razorpay, with no auto-debit. Payments are not refundable once premium is on.

Use "Delete my account" on My vehicles. It removes your account, vehicles, photos and alerts at once.
